DB Technologies ES802 SYSTEM

The ES series is the result of dB Technologies' experience in the acoustic design of vertical array systems such as the DVA T and DVA MINI series.

The top transducers are mechanically aligned (logarithmic curved column array) to increase the coverage of the vertical beam. In addition, there is a special "double ring phase plug" that increases the horizontal coverage and gives a clear, rich and crystalline sound to the system.

The satellite tops are mounted on the sub through a D25mm pole included in the package.

The subwoofer houses a generous 12" woofer and the amplification module.

The cabinet, sturdy and elegant, is made of birch plywood coated with a resistant and scratch-resistant black paint. Two recessed handles (one on each side) facilitate transport. Finally, the metal grill with internal sponge, in addition to protecting the woofer and giving an elegant and professional look, helps the reflex effect. The holes on the lower part of the grille corresponding to the reflex ports have a larger diameter and are free of sponge.

The digital preamplifier is equipped with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) that controls the audio crossover of the components, the frequency response, the limiter and the phase alignment.

Depending on the context of use, it is possible to choose between 8 different preset equalizations:
